MiniBio: PhD student (CAPES scholarship holder) in the Postgraduate Program in Social Communication (PósCom) at the Methodist University of São Paulo (UMESP). Master in Social Communication also from PósCom-UMESP. Graduated in Social Communication, with a specialization in Journalism, from the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo (1981). In addition to HumanizaCom, she is a member of CHECAR (Checking, Education, Communication, Algorithms and Regulation), led by Prof. Dr. Ivan Paganotti. Researcher at the Center for Research in Communication and Work (CPCT) of the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP), under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Roseli Fígaro. Acting as a professor in the MBA in Strategic Management of Human Resources at the Catholic University of Santos (Unisantos) for the Strategic Business Communication module. Communications consultant for institutions and companies, with expertise in specialized editorial production of strategic reports, including reports on evidence of people management for organizations' candidacy for rankings that assess the quality of organizational environments and the impacts of HR policies and practices on the achievement of business strategies. Over 20 years of experience in journalistic coverage of subjects related to the corporate world, with a focus on people management, communication, sustainability, socio-environmental responsibility, executive career, risk management and related topics. For 16 years, editor of Painel Executivo for the magazines Exame and Você S/A. In the digital environment, she was editor-in-chief of the Panorama Executivo portal. In press relations, activities between the second half of the 1980s and the beginning of the 2000s, including the management of the communication processes of the São Paulo School of Business Administration, of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (EASESP/FGV), with the media. Volunteer mentor in the Nós por Elas Women's Mentoring Program, at the Vasselo Goldoni Institute (since 2020).
