MiniBio: PhD and master's student in the Postgraduate Program in Social Communication (PósCom) at the Methodist University of São Paulo (UMESP). Specialist in Contemporary Political Science (FESPSP), Legislative Power and Democracy in Brazil (EPCMSP) and in Branding, Strategic Communication and Marketing (Anhanguera). He has a degree in Journalism from the Nove de Julho University (Uninove). Lecturer at ECA-USP and Tutor at the Anhanguera Center in Itapevi (SP). He researches public and political communication, the internet, social networks, cyberdemocracy, political literacy and public policies. He is a civil servant at the City Council of Itapevi (SP), where he works as a journalist.
